In accordance with your statutory rights, we offer refunds within 14 days, for any reason, should you not be happy with your purchase and the item is returned to us in the condition of sale, and at your expense. Returns are not offered for items that have been customised at the request of the client. Please contact charity@charitykase.com to arrange a return.
